1. Eligibility for Returns

• Only defective or incorrectly shipped LED strip lights are eligible for return.

• Items must be unused and returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

• Contact our support team with your order number, product name, and a photo of the issue.

• After confirmation, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

3. Refund or Replacement

• Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or special-order LED strips.

• Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modification.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs.

• Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
